GWC Community Services provides a range of services for older Australians across Sydney, Illawarra, the Hunter Region and Hobart. Through our Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), we help people remain independent, socially connected and actively engaged in their communities. We understand the importance of language, culture, faith and family, and are committed to supporting older Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
