The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is an Australian Government funded programme that supports older Australians to remain living independently and safely in their own homes and communities.
GWC Community Services provides a range of CHSP services for older people, carers and people living with dementia, with a particular focus on supporting culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Our services aim to promote independence, wellbeing, social connection and quality of life.
