Note to Parents

Vacation Care programs and booking forms will be available online up to a month before each vacation care period. Vacation Care bookings are to be made directly to the centre supervisor by completing and submitting a booking form (not using the online booking system). Each family is expected to make bookings in advance for vacation care. Please return the booking form at least a week before vacation care begins to ensure your child’s position at our service. Any booking forms received on the first day or during the vacation care session is considered a casual booking and will be charged accordingly.
