It was our great pleasure to receive Councillor Angela Vithoulkas at our head office in Newtown this morning to explain the important work of our Centre in the community.
Councillor Vithoulkas was very interested in learning about our Home Care Packages Programme, our Community Visitors Scheme, our Commonwealth Home Support Programme and our Children’s Services Programmes which include Out of School Hours Care and Playgroups.
Councillor Vithoulkas also shared her personal experiences about the importance of community support for the elderly.
The Director and staff at GWC Community Services thank Councillor Vithoulkas for her visit to our Centre and look forward to working with her more in the future.
